Why Grace & Grit
With over 25 years’ experience in complex, high-pressure environments, I work alongside senior leaders to navigate complexity, shape transformation, and build enduring performance.

My perspective is grounded in lived experience: leading in male-dominated environments, operating remotely at scale, and building influence where the path is not always defined—while enabling the progression of diverse talent into senior leadership.
Alongside this work, I founded Empowering Girls South West—a growing movement expanding confidence and ambition in young women.
This gives me a rare lens across the full leadership continuum - from early potential to senior progression - informing how I help organisations strengthen leadership, advance diversity, and retain their most valuable talent.
